  • If it is Organized trip then certificate from the travel agency confirming the booking of the trip or any other appropriate document indicating the travel plans.

  • Overseas travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen-countries. The insurance has to cover the applicant for at least 30,000 Euros or equivalent, for all risks

  • Student: letter confirming enrolment in the college /university.
  • Student ID card copy
  • copy of PAN card, GST certificate and certificate of registration of company
  • Company Income tax declaration for the last three assessment years.

  • The consent of the parental authority or legal guardian should be required only if the minor travels alone or only with one parent
