Visa Type

  • Passport must be valid for 6 months with two blank pages. Both previous and current passport required
  • Two passport size photo 3.5 cm  x 4.5 cm
  • Travel medical Insurance
  • Air ticket
  • Hotel confirmation. If you intend to stay with family or friend then proof of sponsorship or private accommodation is required from the host.
  • Proof of Employment : 3 Month salary slip (if salaried). Employment contract and holiday approved letter from the company.
  • If self employed : Certificate of registration of the company
  • Student : Letter confirming enrolment in the college or id card
  • Sponsored : Proof of sponsorship and a letter from the sponsor as well as copy of the sponsors photo ID (Passport, residence permit card)
  • If sponsored by Spouse then marriage certificate is required
  • Retired : Pension statement for last three months. Any proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business
  • Proof of Sufficient funds : Original bank statement of the applicant duly signed and stamped by the bank. The account should be in the name of applicant or sponsor. In case of a sponsor the bank statement should be accompanied by a sponsorship letter and a signed copy of sponsors letter.
  • Income tax return for last 3 years
  • Cover Letter : Introduction of applicant explaining the purpose and duration of the visit in brief and detailed day to day itinerary of the planned trip within the Schengen area
  • In case of Minors : If the minor is travelling with one parent then a written consent certified by a public notary of other parent or guardian except in case of a parent having sole custody or guardianship of the minor
  • If the minor travels alone then written consent certified by a notary of both parents or guardians having custody of the minor, In which case a court order or other proof of sole custody or guardianship must be provided
  • A photocopy of the passport of both the parents. If not copies of the photo ID card of the parents, if not applicable then a birth certificate of applicant and copies of the ID cards of the parents
