Visa Type

  • Passport: Valid passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least more than 6 months
  • The passport must also have at least two blank pages for visa stamping and any old passports should also be given.
  • Application Form duly filled and signed by the applicant
  • Declaration Form, signed by applicant.
  • Two Photograph should be latest with 80% face coverage and white background (3.5mm x 4.5mm).
  • Covering Letter (Addressed to The Embassy of Austria) on Letter Head mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses covered with applicants passport number and name
  • Invitation along with the address and contact numbers from Austrian company who is Inviting or you are visiting.
  • Return Confirmed ticket
  • Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket sectors (with hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email Id.
  • Travel Insurance as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000.
  • Day to day Itinerary
  • Original Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly mentioned. Note: Bank Statement should be on A4 size paper signed and stamped by the bank.

  • ITR for last 3 years for both company and personal
  • Occupation proof.
  • Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
  • Brief Company Profile 
  • Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director) 
  • Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm) 
  • Import / Export License (if applicable)
  • In case of Employee -Proof of employment (employment certificate/NOC) and Pay slip of last 3 months.
  • In case applicant is the proprietor / owner of the company-,Cover letter on companies letter head ,
  • Copy of GST certificate
  • For student / Children : Date of Birth certificate, leave letter from school / report card issued from School and ID card is required
  • If the applicant is sponsored - proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by completing a national form of the Schengen State concerned
  • If the applicant is retired- Proof of retirement, pension statements for the last six months- proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.
  • Authority letter on letter head/blank sheet from the applicant 
  • Biometric is mandatory for all Applicants
